Are Your Flying With The Eagles?
In centuries of human existence, a bird of significant strength has inspired a lot of people. It is one of the largest birds in the world, the Eagle – a symbol of bravery, courage, power, strength, and superiority without "Government Control". The eagle is a fascinating bird. Known for its power and ability to fly at high altitudes in the sky. It flies where no other bird can fly. As children, we are often told to soar like an eagle. Aim high and FLY high.
Lesson 1: Eagles Fly Alone or With Their Own Kind at The Highest Altitude

Eagles soar above the clouds, independent and self-reliant. They teach us the importance of individuality and the need to distance ourselves from negative influences.
Eagles fly alone at a high altitude, not with flocks of sparrows, ravens, pigeons or other small birds. The saying “Birds of a feather, flock together” thus does not apply to an eagle! No other bird flies as high as an eagle. Eagles may fly with other eagles, yet never in a flock.
Stay away from narrow minded people, those that bring you down. Always associate with people who are at your level, or who can help you to grow. People you hang around with will ultimately determine your future. Also, not everyone will share your vision or dream.
Find people who think like you so that you can both dream and grow together. Don’t waste your time with naysayers and negative people. And don’t share your dreams with just anybody. You’ve got a dream? Protect it!
Lesson 2: Eagles Have A Strong Vision and Concentration

Eagles possess an excellent and strong vision, and can focus on objects up to 5 kilometers below. When an eagle sights a prey - even a rodent - from the heights, he is able to narrow his focus with laser intensity and make plans to grab it. No matter what the obstacle, the eagle will not move his focus and concentration from the prey until he has grabbed it.
The same way, we should have a vision and remain focused, no matter what the obstacles, and you will succeed. Give it your best effort, time and energy.
Focus and “set out to achieve your goals”. Also, have such a strong vision that it cannot deviate your focus from the career you want to achieve.
Lesson 3: Eagles Feed on Live Food/Meat - Live the Moment and Have Clarity In Thought.

Eagles don’t eat dead animals. Eagles feed on fresh food, they catch and eat the fresh prey. It is vultures who eat dead animals, not eagles. In other words, an Eagle does not scavenge.
It only eats the meat from the prey it kills itself. Similarly, do not rely on your past success, keep looking for new frontiers to conquer, leave your past where it belongs in the past. We should steer clear of outdated, old information.
Don’t waste your energy and time beating a dead horse. Know when to say goodbye and let go. Keep your options open and your information current. Do your research and preparation. Keep things current and keep them moving.
Here, one of the important lessons to be learned is to forget the past, let it go where you don’t have any control, like a dead moment. Focus on the fresh moment which is the present and live the moment because that’s only in your hand.
Lesson 4: Be Excited About Life & Embrace The Storm

Many birds hide in the shelter when storms and rain come. However, eagles don’t care about the storm. They use that storm and glide much higher due to the lift provided by the high-speed winds. Eagles actually love the storm.
When clouds gather, the eagles get excited. Why? They welcome the challenge it brings. The Eagle is the only bird that loves the storm. The eagle uses the wings of the storm to rise and is, therefore, pushed higher. Once it finds the wing of the storm, the eagle stops flapping and uses the pressure of the raging storm to soar over the clouds and glide. This gives the eagle an opportunity to rest its wings. Similarly, life often comes with a lot of unique challenges and problems which immobilize us. We often feel hopeless, aimless, and broken.
Just like the eagle, use this as an opportunity to learn no matter how big the problems are, we are bigger than them. Our way of handling the problem changes and we focus on the solution which lies over the clouds.
So, rise above the storm of problems and fly over the clouds of clarity. Get excited about the storms in your life. Challenges bring opportunities. We could see the opportunities, wrapped in our challenges if we weren’t so busy, complaining and trying to avoid them.
Embrace our challenges and learn from them. That’s how we learn new skills, grow and get stronger. Achievers are not afraid of challenges, rather they relish them and use them profitably.
Lesson 5: Opportunities in the Problems

Sometimes we get frustrated by our life problems. Often, we tend to quit trying to solve the problem entirely. However, we forget that problems come with opportunities to grow and improve. Eagles embrace the storm and use it to spot more prey and fly faster. Remember, embrace the problems, stay strong and look for opportunities in it.

Lesson 6: Ride The Storm

As the other birds hide in the branches of trees, the eagle rules the storm. Similarly, we can use the storms of our lives - obstacles and troubles - to rise to greater heights. Achievers relish challenges and use them profitably.

Lesson 7: Move with Speed

Eagles are the birds that have the fastest flying speeds. They fly at the top speed of 129 km/hr. One of the key learnings lies in being productive. Speed covers more distance and reduces the time needed to accomplish the work.
So, work on building speed like an eagle and use it to boost your productivity in a short time. In this competitive and ever-changing world, remember to adapt and be agile which means to have the speed to break the barriers of laziness and procrastination.
Lesson 8: Fly High

Eagles are birds that fly at the highest altitudes over 10,000 feet. You won't find any pigeons, parrots or vultures at this altitude. Eagles flap their wings at once and the uplift force helps them to glide for hours. In addition, having a large wingspan, eagles have eased into sustaining the altitude.
Very few birds could reach that altitude!! Like the eagle, focus on flying the higher altitudes so that negativity can’t even touch you.
Don’t be a "Parrot" in life who talks way too much but can't fly high. Don't get affected by negativity, don't mingle with "Pigeons" or "Vultures" in your life and keep improving your flight by flying higher in each attempt. The Eagle is silent and has the WILL POWER to touch the sky.

Lesson 9: Test Before You Trust

The eagle tests the level of commitment before engagement and before it trusts. When a female eagle meets a male and they want to mate, she flies down to earth, with the male pursing her, and she picks up a twig.
She flies back into the air with the male still pursuing her. Once she has reached a height high enough for her, she lets the twig fall to the ground and watches it as it falls. The male chases after the twig. The faster it falls, the faster he chases until he reaches it and has to catch it before it falls to the ground, then bring it back to the female eagle.
It is wise to ascertain the commitment of people we intend to partner with. This is true in our personal as well as professional lives. Establishing trust is important in relationships.
Lesson 10: Wait for the Right Time

The chase doesn’t end here. The female eagle once again grabs the twig and flies to a much higher altitude pursued by the male, then drops the twig for the male to chase. This goes on for hours, with the height increasing until the female eagle is assured that the male eagle has mastered the art of picking the twig. Only then will she allow him to mate with her!

Lesson 11: Choose Partners Well

When the female eagle is about to lay eggs, the female and male eagles identify a place high up on a cliff where no predators can reach. The male swoops down to earth and picks up thorns and lays them on the crevice of the cliff, then flies to earth again to collect twigs which he lays in the intended nest. The same way, we should test the commitment of people intended for partnership.

Lesson 12: Do Bit By Bit

The male eagle flies back to earth to pick thorns and lays them on top of the twigs. He flies back to earth and picks soft grass to cover the thorns, and then flies back to pick rugs to put on the grass. When this first layering is complete, the male eagle flies back to earth and picks more thorns, lays them on the nest; runs back to get grass and rugs, and lays them on top of the thorns, then plucks his feathers to complete the nest. Similarly, we should build our nests one day at a time.

Lesson 13: Secure your Family

The thorns on the outside of the eagle’s nest protect it from possible intruders. Both male and female eagles participate in raising an eagle family. She lays the eggs and protects them; he builds the nest and hunts.
Lesson 14: The Female Eagle is a Master of Change Management & Motivation For Her Children

The mother eagle carefully prepares the nest for its eggs. When it is time for the eaglet to learn to fly, the mother begins to remove the comfort layers from the nest, exposing the pricks and sticks. She then throws the eaglets out of the nest. Because they are scared, they jump into the nest again. She does this repeatedly until the eaglet learns to fly. Out of fear, the eaglet jumps back in the nest, with each attempt, shrieking and bleeding from the pricks in the nest. The mother doesn’t yield.
To others looking on this may seem heartless. But there is a method to the madness. The process is repeated until the eagle eventually starts flapping its wings, getting stronger and stronger with each flap. Then — swoosh! Away it goes into the air, flying higher and higher. Rising above its challenges and pain.
Life lesson: We must not become complacent in life; clinging to the old and familiar. We can only grow if we are willing to step out of our comfort zone. The thorns or pain in life are there to tell us that
1.) there is nothing more for us where we are, and
2.) it is time to move on, grow and spread our wings.
Further, the people who genuinely care about us will not encourage us in our slothfulness and fear. While their treatment may seem unkind, it is for our ultimate good. Sometimes tough love is best. They don’t want us to die in our nest!
Lesson 15: Get Out of Your Comfort Zone
As described above, Eagles have a tough upbringing when it comes to learning to fly. While learning to fly, the mother eagle throws their eaglets out of the nest. At the same time, the mother eagle removes the leaves of the nest, exposing the thorns or rough edges of the nest. This reduces the comfort and forces the eaglet to jump out of the nest and fly.
This helps to understand that even if it hurts getting out of the comfort zone, remember that real progress, learning, and growing in your life come from that painful process itself. You suffer the discomfort initially but that is the only way you achieve more heights than you could ever think.

Lesson 16: Be Courageous and Fear Nothing

Eagles attack prey of bigger sizes than them. No matter whether they win or fail to hunt, eagles never stop trying. Similarly in life, we also face obstacles that seem bigger to us. But no matter how dangerous it may be, attack it with full spirit and don’t stop until you hit the solution and beat it. Success doesn’t matter, what matters is putting effort and staying courageous in each trial.

Lesson 17: Life is not a Bed of Roses

The pricking of the thorns also tells us that that life is not a bed of roses and the best way to tackle it is not to get too comfortable or complacent. The eagle mother’s actions reveal that people who love us do not let us languish in sloth but push us hard to grow and prosper. Even their seemingly bad actions are based on good intentions.
Lesson 18: Eagles Posses Vitality - Rebirth Involves Death of the Old-Self

When the Eagle grows old his feather becomes weak and cannot take him as fast and as high as it should. This makes him weak and could make him die so he "retires" to a place far away in the mountains. While there, he plucks out all his weak feathers on his body and breaks its beaks and his claws against the rock until it is completely bare. A very bloody and painful process! Then he stays in his hiding place until he has grown new feathers, new beaks and claws and then comes out flying higher than ever before. This entire process takes about 5 months to complete.
Would you rather die or go through a painful process of rebirth which will extend your life for 30 more years? No pain, no gain. Many of us want success or change, but without the sacrifice, handwork, disappointments and heartbreak that comes with it. To survive and grow, we must be willing to change. And sometimes, we may even need to go a step further — a death of the old self and a total rebirth.
Ending toxic relationships, leaving toxic jobs, getting rid of destructive habits, thoughts, traditions and mind-sets that no longer serve us. We need to shed off old habits which burden us without adding to our lives. Here is the catch, you can choose to live your life as a “VICTIM” or as a CONQUEROR regardless of your circumstances.
If you want a fresh start, consider yourself “dead” and now take the rest of your life and make the best out of it.
Lesson 19: Eagles are Fearless like Powerful and independent Leaders that break "all the rules" and become successful regardless of Government Regulations and "Red Tape"!

An Eagle will never surrender to the size or strength of its prey. It will always give a fight to win its prey or regain its territory. No matter what the size or how big your problems are, never ever give up, instead face your problems head on, because their are solutions for everything in life. Successful people are fearless and have an open mindset to solve their problems and to learn new things.
The Blockchain International Corporate Registry Authority® offers a revolutionary Blockchain registration platform that is simpler to use, more secure than existing systems and designed to take advantage of the inevitable changes in both law and blockchain technology. There is simply nothing like it in existence today and the Blockchain Corporation, Blockchain Bank or Blockchain Trust represents the future of business, estate, tax and asset protection planning.

The real power of the Blockchain Corporation comes with the asset registration feature. Users have the power to record every asset transfer to the Blockchain Corporation within the blockchain itself. This means at death, a successor trustee will not only have immediate access to the company itself, but will have a full and current accounting of all the assets of the Corporation.

We share a common goal for all – achieving individual sovereignty and independence from Government tyranny. Owning a decentralized Blockchain Corporation, Blockchain Bank or Blockchain Trust with online banking and card issuing payment facilities not only is the answer to escape economic Government tyranny, but to regain 100% individual sovereignty and personal freedom.

We must start with an incorruptible foundation, which cannot be owned, issued or controlled by any man-made political authority; it must emerge organically as a transparent, voluntary ‘constitution in code’ decentralized from any Government authority or any Central Bank.
