Our CEO Stephan Schurmann decided to take the "Speed Test" between the traditional route, by filing a UCC-1 with the Delaware Secretary of State and compare it to the speed of the Blockchain Trust Business Registry. Confident in his decision, he submitted his documents on July 18, 2024, expecting a swift turnaround. However, days turned into weeks, and Stephan found himself checking his email incessantly, hoping for an update from his Delaware Registered Agent. As the days passed, the Secretary of State's office informed him on July 31, 2024 they were still working on filings received on July 8, 2024. With an additional 7-10 business days estimated for processing, Stephan realized that he was still far from receiving the evidence he needed to secure his assets. The delay was costing him not just time, but also peace of mind.​
